Operational History of Profitability
A single established business that has demonstrated more than three years of profitable operating history with a US-based and diverse, loyal customer base.
Growing Target Customer
We prefer companies that operate in a growing industry, such that the target customers are expanding collectively
Proven Business Model
We are industry agnostic but seek to have a meaningful predictable revenue element, diverse customer base, and low capex requirements. In addition, we want to avoid business cycle exposure and high regulatory risk and operate in an industry with fragmented, with no clear industry leader.
Seller Who Wants to Transition for Upside
We are excited the most about any business where the owner prefers to sell a majority but maintain a stake for post-sale to retain economics under new management.
Our team is comprised of successful investors, executives, operators, and entrepreneurs who are collectively dedicated to managing and growing each single business that is acquired. Any acquisition we make will have 1 primary Vibranium Leader to serve as CEO.
